The Fitness Alberta Step certification course is grounded in leading practice and delivered by qualified, Fitness Alberta Trainer-educators. Course topics include but are not limited to: current research and safety guidelines; planning effective class structure and components; use of music, choreography and step movement combinations; instruction and cueing.
To register for this course you have to have completed the Fitness Alberta Foundations in physical activity and exercise (formerly Exercise theory) course.
