International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals
ICREPs is a non-profit, international partnership between exercise, fitness and physical activity organizations around the world. ICREPs members operate in 4 continents, and collectively register over 200,000 individual exercise professionals. ICREPs members work together for the betterment of the exercise industry through the use of agreed standards for professionals.
Member organizations include USREPs, Fitness Australia, National Fitness Leadership Association of Canada, REPs Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.
ICREPs is recognized by IHRSA (the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association) as the global body representing national registration bodies of exercise professionals.

The NFLA is a partnership of not-for profit organizations dedicated to the advancement of exercise accreditation and leadership. Together we develop, promote and implement national standards for the accreditation, training and registration of exercise professionals in Canada. Fitness Alberta (formerly the AFLCA) is one of the founding members of the NFLA.
