Imagine a house without a floor. The infrastructure lost and external forces, be it wind, rain or snow, would be very disruptive. Maybe water seeps in or the actual walls begin to fall down. The same thing happens when the pelvic floor is not functioning properly. The foundation cannot withstand the force that is applied to it. The pelvic floor is the base in which we find support while performing the many movements we ask our bodies to do. Join Lisa as she takes you on the house building journey of supporting the foundation, the pelvic floor, with a keen awareness to kinesiology, control and coordination.
