Asking The Right Questions: What is the Par-Q NOT telling you?
Our clients are more than numbers, injuries and medications and yet we have not updated how we get to understand who they are before we move them into exercise. How do we learn to ask the right questions to get a holistic view of the person in front of us and create comprehensive movement experiences that support them in more than just shifting their weight, body fat percentage and stronger quadriceps? In this session, we will learn how to get to the root of a client’s true needs and desires, how to listen, support and redirect without judgement and develop plans to get them where they want to be without imposing our desires and goals on them.
