Ever active kids online

Ever Active Kids provides developmentally-appropriate knowledge and skills including physical literacy and fundamental movement skills. This online, asynchronous course is an excellent choice for anyone interested in offering programs for children and youth.

Please note that this is not a stand-alone certification course. To earn advanced certification, with scope of practice and insurance you must hold a certification in a Fitness Alberta Group Exercise specialty or as a Fitness Alberta Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.

• exercise and physical activity adoption and adherence
• creative program planning and design
• motivation theories
• physical literacy and fundamental movement skills
