Write this exam if you have confirmed pre-approval from Fitness Alberta. Pre-approval is obtained by applying your education, or successfully completing the Personal Training online course.

Foundations in physical activity and exercise supplemental exam

To be eligible to write a supplemental certification exam, you must have completed an Initial certification exam and be within your certification deadline date.

Personal trainer supplemental exam

This is your second or third attempt at the personal trainer exam, and you must have completed your first exam attempt and be within your certification deadline date.
