What to expect in this course
Foundations in Physical Activity lays the foundation for the rest of your certification journey. Most candidates require independent study before writing the Foundations theory exam. To help you prepare:
- Your course trainer-educators and facilitators are there to support your journey and will provide learning activities to guide your understanding of the course content.
- The learning objectives in each chapter indicate the knowledge you are expected to retain and apply. These are an excellent study tool during and post course.
- The performance standards are also helpful for you to understand the knowledge and competencies you will be required to demonstrate, either through practical assessment or written exam to earn certification.
