Group Cycle specialty VIRTUAL course
Details
Learn how to plan and deliver effective group cycling classes. Topics include: bike set-up and safety, pedaling, cadence and posture, safe, effective movement drills, instruction and cueing, and use of music. NOTE: We recommend that you are enrolled in, or have completed, the Foundations in Physical Activity and Exercise course before taking a specialty course.
I understand this is a virtual live streamed presentation that requires I join the course a few minutes prior to the start time. I have tested my computer and know that both my camera and mic are working
I understand attendance in the full course is required to move forward with Fitness Alberta certification.
