Group Cycle
Learn how to plan and deliver effective indoor group cycling classes. Topics include:
- bike set-up and safety
- pedalling, cadence and posture
- safe, effective movement combinations
- cardiovascular conditioning
- instruction and cueing
- use of music and choreography
This 16-hour course is offered in person and virtually.
To register for this course you must have completed the Foundations in Physical Activity and Exercise course.
