Aquatic Exercise
Learn how to teach safe, effective and fun group aquatic exercise classes for adults.
Delivered by qualified Fitness Alberta Trainer-educators, and grounded in current research this 20-hour course covers topics such as:
- principles of exercising in water
- effects of exercising in water on body movement
- safety in the water environment
- teaching to special population.
To register for this course you must have completed the Fitness Alberta Foundations in Physical Activity and Exercise course.
