Breathe Fitness is looking for personable, dedicated, and certified personal trainers/strength and
conditioning coaches to potentially take on 15-20+ hours of training sessions at our studio in
Southeast Edmonton (King Edward Park). You can build your own schedule based on your
availability – and expand your training hours as our clientele continues to quickly grow.

Breathe Fitness helps people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and performance
goals – regardless of their starting point. Our clients include: Busy professionals looking to find
time in their schedule for healthy habits; Athletes looking to improve their movement quality;
Older adults that need help continuing to move and develop their strength.

Potential growth opportunities:
 Mentorship for personal training and business training
 Working towards achieving full-time training hours
 Commission based on new clients being obtained/referred specifically from you
 Education courses partially, or fully, covered by Breathe
 Based on performance, moving from hourly pay to salary-based earnings
 After meeting a standard of commitment and excellence as a Breathe trainer and
team member, the opportunity also exists to move into a managerial role with a
commensurate pay increase for both personal training hours delivered and any
special duties performed.

Requirements and qualifications

 Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach from a
recognized institution (Fitness Alberta Certified Personal Fitness Trainer or other)
 Ability to deliver training sessions in-person and online
 Currently certified with CPR-A with AED (Level C is an asset)
 Minimum $2,000,000.00 personal liability coverage required
 Punctual, respectful, responsible, personable, and the desire to build a trusting and
positive rapport with all clientele is a must.
 Ability to work flexible hours (i.e. evenings and weekends)

 Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both oral and written)

Although we would desire the perfect applicant to have 2+ years of personal training
experience, we are excited and ready to mentor new trainers/coaches looking to expand their
working-knowledge and build their business acumen in the Fitness Industry.
