The 24-hour in-person Foundations course is offered at approved agencies, and delivered by qualified Fitness Alberta trainer-educators. In-person courses are scheduled based on the educator's availability.
ONLINE Foundations in physical activity and exercise course
The online Foundations course is asynchronous and designed to allow participants to work through independent study over a 4-week period.
